At Universal Robots, we're redefining automation for a world where people work with robots, not like robots. As our new Revenue Impact Manager, you'll be part of our Revenue Operations team, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze quarterly backlog, booking, and production linearity to ensure revenue plan alignment
  • Build and maintain revenue plans for future quarters, collaborating with sales and operations teams
  • Coordinate daily and weekly backlog changes with sales, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on requested dates, confirmed dates, and shipment dates to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and optimize business processes
Requirements:
  • Engineering or commercial background with experience in ERP systems, Excel, and data analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a multicultural organization
  • Understanding of LEAN principles and ability to apply them in a business context
