Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end customers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  3. Provide in-depth product and application information to distributors and end customers to support value-based selling.
  4. Collaborate with the technical support department to provide professional after-sales support.
  5. Participate in public relations and marketing assignments to promote MiR products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, with Business qualification as an added advantage.
  • Technical experience in automation and robotics.
  • Fully trained in a technical and/or commercial profession.
  • At least 5 years of technical-related sales experience.
  • Demonstrable success in value-based selling.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Passion for sales and disruptive technology.
  • Highly motivated and result-driven.
  • Display leadership in driving sales opportunities.
  • Relationship builder with strong communication and excellent negotiation and account management.
  • Entrepreneurial team player with results-oriented approach who can also work independently.
  • Must be willing to travel, as there will be frequent travel (Expect to have 100+ days of traveling across Taiwan).
