About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Tradedoubler. As an Assistant to Management, you will provide administrative support to our line managers and be the key point of contact for our Munich and Berlin offices.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the office, manage inventory of supplies, collect mail, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Be responsible for internal communication at the office and administer purchases, supplier agreements, mobile subscriptions, company credit cards, and email groups.
  • Handle accounting of invoices and administer the on-/offboarding of employees.
  • Organize culture-building social activities and ensure a pleasant office environment.
  • Administer the team in our HRM system and coordinate and support in local recruitments.
  • Responsible for reporting to payroll partner of the monthly payroll.

Requirements

  • Relevant higher education and experience within Office management or HR/Finance administration.
  • Beneficial if you have experience working with an HRM system.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office programs.
  • German and English, both written and spoken.
