About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Sales Operations team at Microsoft Danmark ApS. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with teams across the world, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Consumption Management: Gain insights into churn prevention and win back plans, working closely with Sales Excellence to understand and monitor reports on consumption and customer adds.
  2. Support Sales: Gather information and generate reports on monthly forecasting and pipeline management, executing the Sales Operations Planning Process for Support Sales with guidance from senior leadership.
  3. Insights and New Capabilities: Learn tools, processes, and Rhythms of Connection (ROCs) across the subsidiary or area to accelerate transformation.
  4. Partner Management and Support: Ensure data quality checks and process across partnerships, learning and executing one component of partner management.
  5. Sales Operations: Learn and begin to execute the process for local fiscal-year, cross-segment sales operations planning, using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  6. Supporting Sales Discipline and Pipeline: Learn the local knowledge of sales teams and analyze data from sales execution to empower success and address performance blockers.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience, as well as some experience in a sales-driven environment.
