At Microsoft Danmark ApS, we offer a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in sales operations. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Consumption Management: Analyze consumption data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Sales Excellence to develop win-back plans and prevent churn.
  2. Support Sales: Assist in generating reports on monthly forecasting and pipeline management. Execute Sales Operations Planning Process with guidance from senior leadership.
  3. Insights and New Capabilities: Learn and implement tools, processes, and Rhythms of Connection (ROCs) to accelerate transformation.
  4. Partner Management and Support: Ensure data quality checks and process across partnerships. Learn and execute one component of partner management.
  5. Sales Operations: Learn and execute the process for local fiscal-year, cross-segment sales operations planning, using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  6. Supporting Sales Discipline and Pipeline: Analyze data from sales execution to empower success and help address performance blockers.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Some experience in a sales-driven environment.
