Job Title: Nordic Sector Sales Manager

Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion for the process industry? Do you excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving team success through strong, empathetic leadership? We're seeking a highly skilled Nordic Sector Sales Manager to lead our team of sales engineers in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 7 sales engineers in the Nordic operation, fostering a high-performance sales culture centered on collaboration, trust, and care.
  • Guide your team through the transformation from product-solution selling to consultative selling, supporting their development through targeted training and the strategic use of CRM and PowerBI tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the Nordics, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction levels remain high.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve sector targets and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Min. 6 years experience as Sales Manager, preferably within the process industry.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.
  • Strong commercial mindset with understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, structures, and market dynamics.
  • Dynamic professional personality, strategic thinking, and proven sales abilities to drive business growth in the Nordics.
  • Speak min. one of the Nordic languages and business level English is required.
  • Excellent people and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to make decisions based on facts.
  • Structured, experienced CRM user.
  • Experience in working in larger multinationals / global business.
