Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our Intraday Trading team at Norlys Energy Trading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion in the European and global markets.
Your primary focus will be on providing strategic and tactical solutions to support the Intraday Trading Director and leadership team. This includes designing future business opportunities, facilitating strategy development, and ensuring progress on objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Provide strategic partnering support to the Intraday Trading Director and leadership team
- Facilitate strategy development and ensure progress on objectives and deliverables
- Lead business development initiatives for new markets, products, and business optimization
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that drive business results. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across the organization.
