We are looking for a skilled and experienced Partnership Manager to lead our commercial expansion. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining crucial international partnerships with major suppliers, producers, and vendors of laboratory software and hardware equipment.

Your main goal is to establish successful business cases in a multifaceted sales structure to help reach our ambitious commercial goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing target lists and outreach to prioritized potential vendors and strategic partners
  • Building and maintaining fruitful dialogues and relationships with potential partners
  • Establishing mutually beneficial business cases with the ambition of driving revenue streams
  • Leading contract negotiations with partners
  • Growing, developing, and nurturing existing partnerships to reach their full potential

The Ideal Candidate

">

We are looking for a successful business developer with an extremely strong business acumen who knows how to follow through on the complex task of establishing successful partnerships.

">

You should have extensive experience from a similar position developing and maintaining revenue-driving partnerships. Ideally, you would have at least 3-5 years of experience working with commercial and revenue-driving partnerships – preferably from the vendor part of the laboratory sector.

Key qualifications include:

  • A strong analytic mind and the ability to master the art of building and implementing successful business cases
  • A good understanding of typical SaaS metrics and tech development structures
  • An executional powerhouse who knows how to organize and deliver on your goals
  • A pleasant colleague and a good collaborator who thrives in an informal, compassionate, and ambitious work environment
  • English skills (written and spoken) are necessary
