About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead our Distribution Center in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and retention
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
