The role of the Senior Sales Excellence Manager at 3Shape A/S is to drive sales excellence across the organization, ensuring that our global sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets. This position requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and processes, as well as the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the effectiveness of our sales teams.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, IT, and Product Management to ensure alignment and integration of Sales Excellence initiatives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales excellence initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
- Act as a business partner to our markets, supporting them by identifying sales training and coaching needs, and conducting training.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Sales Excellence role or similar, with a record of implementing and managing Sales Excellence projects.
- Adept leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and processes as well as the world of a Sales Manager.
- Experience in a sales role, particularly within the MedTech industry, is highly beneficial.
