Regional Sales Performance Lead

We are hiring a Regional Sales Performance Lead to join our team in Denmark.
About the JobThe Regional Sales Performance Lead will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and executing the sales plan in line with the regional strategy.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to identify new business opportunities and create value propositions that differentiate our products and services.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with regional key accounts.
- Developing comprehensive account plans that outline strategies for account growth, relationship building, and sales targets.
- Executing the sales plan in line with the regional strategy, including the choice of channels and the pricing strategy.
- Negotiating contracts and collaborating with legal and finance teams.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in key account management.
- Experience in market analysis and evaluations to identify business opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Danish; knowledge of other CEE languages is an advantage.
