Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Deliver high-quality customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries effectively, resolving issues and providing timely solutions
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information and company policies to assist customers accurately
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • New Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer interactions
