Customer Success Advocate

Hobbii, the happiest place on earth for yarn lovers, is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Success Advocate. As the main point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media.
About the JobAs a Customer Success Advocate at Hobbii, you will play a key role in assisting our Norwegian-speaking customers with various inquiries, from shipping details and product specifics to general questions about yarn, patterns, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and social media
- Assist customers with various inquiries, including shipping details and product specifics
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (both spoken and written)
- A Danish work permit
You will be based at our vibrant HQ in Copenhagen, where we offer a competitive salary range of 420,000 - 520,000 DKK per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a delicious lunch, themed Friday bars, and damn good coffee. We are also flexible with remote working arrangements.
