We are seeking a talented and self-starting sales executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Our company is a leading digital tool and platform for quality and compliance within production and sourcing. We work with top fashion and furniture brands and retailers to create better and more sustainable products.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for proactively seeking new business opportunities and generating qualified leads through outbound emails, sales calls, and networking.
  • Work with your own portfolio of accounts and take full responsibility for your sales pipeline to ensure targets are met.
  • Help educate potential clients on the value that our platform offers by addressing, clarifying, and re-assessing customer pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and keep self-educated on our platform and market trends.
  • Represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales/customer success/account management, ideally coming from an account sales or outbound business development position.
  • A track record of successfully working towards sales quotas and targets, including sourcing and closing your own deals.
  • You should be able to develop new connections and find new ways to explore avenues of sales opportunities.
  • Confident presentation skills are essential for delivering demos.
  • You must be accountable, comfortable with taking feedback and actioning it.
  • Embracing change and having a growth mindset are crucial for this role.
  • You will be part of a cross-functional team and need to be a team player.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Languages: Native Nordic language and fluency in English.
