About the Opportunity

As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth on our Self-Protection Systems portfolio. Your responsibilities will include leading business development efforts, managing key accounts, and shaping winning strategies in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will execute our Self-Protection Systems efforts to conceive, develop, pursue, and capture programs in the application areas of aircraft self-protection and airborne 3D audio systems. You will work as a key part of a global team to identify, qualify, and position for new and existing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading business development, key account management, and win strategy activities; accountable for meeting defined individual and organizational sales and revenue objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining strategically important key account relationships.
  • Developing campaign capture plan objectives, strategies, and tactics in conjunction with quantifying and qualifying opportunities.
