About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Business Partner to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our Account Management function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our French-based customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs back to Trustpilot's internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Succeed in upselling Trustpilot's products and discovering new revenue opportunities.
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proven experience managing large portfolios of SME and Enterprise customer accounts, focusing on achieving high renewal/retention rates.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adept at uncovering new revenue opportunities.
