Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at Trustpilot A/S, you will be responsible for the retention of our Medium and Strategic accounts for the Danish markets. This role involves developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers, ensuring that the maximum value is gained from Trustpilot products in order to drive retention and minimize churn.

Key Accountabilities
  • Establish Relationships - Ensure customer satisfaction with Trustpilot products strengthens adoption and contract renewal
  • Premium Experience - Understand business objectives and Key Performance Indicators to ensure Trustpilot delivers against them
  • ROI Conveyance - Convey best practice examples that drive ROI
  • Renewal and Upsell - Increase renewal rates and reduce churn, successfully upsell Trustpilot's products and discover new revenue opportunities
  • Account Mapping - Map various accounts to cross-sell into other parts of their business
  • Lifetime Value - Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
  • Client Onboarding - Successfully onboard clients and ensure they fully utilise their paid subscription
Requirements

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience managing a large portfolio of SMB and mid-market customer accounts. You will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding commercial targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Fluency in Danish and working proficiency in English are required, with the ability to work across cultures and borders.
