Job DescriptionWe're seeking an Account Manager to help us grow our presence in Germany. As a key member of our founding team, you'll be responsible for:
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Providing exceptional service and support to inbound leads
- Assisting clients with design, quote, and project-related activities
- Developing new outbound pipeline opportunities
- Optimizing sales pipeline and conversion rates
- Collaborating with the team to improve sales and operational processes
We need someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and experience in sales or customer service. Key qualifications include:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Structured approach to managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Pas sion for sustainability and environmentally friendly practices
- Excellent taste in designs and products
- Fluency in German and English
- High energy levels and a positive attitude
A learning opportunity within sales, working closely with our co-founders and contributing to a vibrant work environment. You'll have the chance to increase your responsibility as we grow, taking ownership of accounts and the sales team. Our office in Copenhagen K offers a great workspace, and you're welcome to work from home when needed.
Estimated salary: DKK 80,000 - 120,000 per year ( approx. $12,000 - $18,000 USD).
