Job Description

We're seeking an Account Manager to help us grow our presence in Germany. As a key member of our founding team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Providing exceptional service and support to inbound leads
  • Assisting clients with design, quote, and project-related activities
  • Developing new outbound pipeline opportunities
  • Optimizing sales pipeline and conversion rates
  • Collaborating with the team to improve sales and operational processes
What We're Looking For

We need someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and experience in sales or customer service. Key qualifications include:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Structured approach to managing multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Pas sion for sustainability and environmentally friendly practices
  • Excellent taste in designs and products
  • Fluency in German and English
  • High energy levels and a positive attitude
This Role Offers You

A learning opportunity within sales, working closely with our co-founders and contributing to a vibrant work environment. You'll have the chance to increase your responsibility as we grow, taking ownership of accounts and the sales team. Our office in Copenhagen K offers a great workspace, and you're welcome to work from home when needed.

Estimated salary: DKK 80,000 - 120,000 per year ( approx. $12,000 - $18,000 USD).
