We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Nordic Sales Manager - Key Accounts to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for accelerating performance and improving the Key Account Manager role across Nordics.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building effective relationships, managing complex sales processes, and driving business growth. In return, we offer a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop in a fast-growing international business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and expansion of customer sales and profitability
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve best practice execution off and online

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Key Account Management or a supporting role, preferably within the Electro channel
  • Excellent at building effective and cooperative relationships
  • Strong commercial and analytical understanding
