Danish-speaking Sales Development Representative: Unlock Growth Opportunities

Job Description: As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across different channels, such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal will be to book qualified meetings with potential customers, utilizing Salesforce to create opportunities and update them with notes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contact Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across different channels, such as phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Book qualified meetings with prospects within our ICPs.
- Use Salesforce to create opportunities and update them with notes so you set up KAMs for success.
- Understand the industries you work with and the messaging you need to apply to the conversations.
About You: To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a fluent level of Danish, both oral and written, as well as master oral and written communication in English. A willingness to learn and drive for building something new are essential qualities, along with a love for talking with people and establishing new relationships.
Career Progression: Our SDRs are pivotal to our growth ambitions, and this role can give you the opportunity to climb the sales career ladder. We share our impact description upfront, allowing you to level expectations for the role. During the first month, you will meet your new colleagues, get comfortable with day-to-day operations, participate in our onboarding program, and start doing outreach and booking meetings. Within three months, you will feel comfortable pitching and booking 15-20 qualified meetings per month, and within six months, you will be up and running, hitting targets with 20 qualified meetings per month.
Interview Process: We value transparency and want you to know what to expect during our recruitment process. This includes a call with our Talent Acquisition Team, a call with our CSO, Mads, a collaboration round, and practicalities discussion. All interviews can be conducted remotely via Google Meet for audio/video calls if preferred.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
