\We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a commercial payments expert, you will have a proven track record of creating, driving, and winning new business with mid and large market corporates.
\Key Requirements
\To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate solutions and value propositions to senior management stakeholders and customers.\
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a highly cross-functional environment.\
- High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously; 'can-do' attitude; strong customer and results orientation.\
- Experience in a SaaS-based business development role within payments preferred.\
- Fluency in English with other languages highly preferable.\
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other postgraduate degree an advantage.\
- Hunter mentality with a proven track record of creating, driving, and winning new business with mid and large market corporates.\
- Commercial payments experience and knowledge with 3+ years' experience in the payments or financial services sector.\
- Strong understanding of B2B payment flows, business needs, and the purchase-to-pay process in large organisations.\
- Demonstrated success introducing and selling existing and emerging platform-based B2B commercial payments solutions.\
- Proven ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships with large and multinational customers.\
- Strong collaborator - able to build trusted partnerships both internally and externally.\
- Track record in consistently achieving business growth targets as a sole contributor.\
- Comfortable with roles that require discretion, integrity, and agility.
