Restaurant Sales Growth Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in the Nordics, making SUPERB the #1 platform for restaurants in your market.
To achieve this goal, you will use a consultative sales approach, prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in your territory. You will be the ambassador for SUPERB, showcasing the value of our platform and helping restaurants succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge in introducing SUPERB to all restaurants in your territory
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
- Understand the needs of each customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
- Stay up-to-date with the competitive landscape and determine how to best position SUPERB in the market
- Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
Requirements:
- +1 years experience in a closing sales role
- Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success, preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
- Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian language proficiency
- You live in Copenhagen or nearby and are able to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great relationship-building skills
- A collaborative and team-player mentality
