At RIB, we're driving the digital transformation of our customers, empowering them to build a better world. We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team in the NCE Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously digitalize and automate processes, creating and maintaining business dashboards across systems.
  • Support sales cadency by implementing sales planning and forecasting with the sales team.
  • Develop reports and analyses for optimizing sales processes and sales compensation.
  • Ensure Contract Management and Pricing Management.
  • Act as an interface between Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Finance.
  • Support the introduction and development of our new CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales/sales operations/CRM management or similar position.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and a good understanding of sales dynamics.
  • Profound knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM, with experience in sales tools (like Salesforce) an advantage.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerBI.
