Role Overview

Splunk is a leading unified security and observability platform provider, aiming to create a safer and more resilient digital world. As a Regional Sales Manager in Enterprise Sales, you will play a key role in driving significant revenue growth for Splunk in Denmark.

About the Role

This is an individual contributor position working with top enterprise accounts in Denmark. You will be responsible for delivering high-performing sales results, building and managing strategic partnerships, and optimizing customer value from Splunk. A strong understanding of business value organizations and partner landscapes is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Growth: Consistently deliver daring license, support, and service revenue goals by focusing on customer value and solving business pains.
  2. Account Penetration: Top Enterprise Account penetration, account planning, and opportunity management always prioritizing customer value and solving business challenges.
  3. C-Level Engagement: Engage and create value with C-level executives through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and return on investment.
  5. Partner Management: Work effectively with partners to expand deal size and value to customers.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with international and domestic colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years direct Enterprise Account Manager selling experience into Enterprise accounts.
  • Leadership: Ability to grow and scale upward with the company; first-line management experience is a plus.
  • C-Suite Presence: Very comfortable in the 'C' suite with a track record of closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals.
  • Sales Skills: Experience with Value-Based Selling techniques and MEDDPICC, dedicated to solving business pains (Pain Chain selling).
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-centric, creative, and positive approach to sales and relationship-building.
  • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence and polish, with excellent forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy.
Benefits

This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of DKK 1,308,000.00 - 1,798,500.00 per year, OTE-based compensation, and additional incentives. We also offer flexible work arrangements and a market-based pay structure. In addition to this, the role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
