Global Sales Director

VINNY's, a pioneering fashion brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the brand's global presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious targets
- Lead the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, for the Nordic region
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with the Founder to leverage their personal brand and platform to drive sales
- Provide strategic guidance and support to sales agents, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding VINNY's presence in key markets
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing functions, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Results-driven and passionate about driving sales growth and expansion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
