Our goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for individuals who can communicate effectively with our Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

This role involves identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to better customer experiences. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, from product details to shipping, payments, and promotions.

To succeed, you'll need excellent communication skills and a real interest in expressing yourself well in speech and writing.

Previous experience in the service industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Full-time employment with a 6-month probation period
  • Working hours: 8:00-17:00 or 10:00-19:00
  • Your working schedule will be published four months in advance
