Head of Sales for International Expansion

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead our international growth journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building our brand in the European market and driving sales processes to achieve ambitious targets.
Our ideal candidate has +3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex solution sales. You will be a natural talent in sales, customer relations, and management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all commercial teams in all countries, ensuring targets are met and processes are scalable.
- Actively engage in sales processes, securing major accounts and inspiring your team to achieve high performance.
- Define and implement scalable processes and systems in the company, optimizing our operating and business model for high quality and efficiency.
- Execute the vision and help set the direction for the company, driving projects forward to deliver excellent results.
- Experience from a similar role, e.g. CCO or Head of Sales.
- Experience from working in high-growth companies and knowledge of how to scale a business.
- Doer mindset, able to drive projects forward to deliver excellent results.
- Leader DNA, leading by example and motivating and creating the right structure for people in the organization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- High-level English language skills.
