About the Opportunity

Hello Retail ApS, a leading personalization and conversion rate optimization company in the Nordic market, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to expand its sales team in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to scale the Swedish market
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to drive business growth
  • Handle the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Work closely with Business Development representatives and Customer Success Managers

Requirements

  • Proven track record in value-based sales to B2B clients, preferably in SaaS solutions
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Able to adapt to different personalities and situations
