Head of Commercial Growth for Maritime Clean-Tech

Stillstrom is a revolutionary venture backed by A.P. Møller Mærsk, aiming to bring innovative offshore charging solutions to the market. Our vision is to drive the same development for vessels at sea as the electrical charging infrastructure has done for electrical vehicles.
As Head of Business Development for Offshore Wind, you will play a pivotal role in turning our base of leads into first full project contracts. You will be responsible for complex commercial sales and business development activities with clients and stakeholders, with a key target of landing our initial full project contracts.
We offer an exciting role with immediate responsibilities and impact on Stillstrom results, as well as room to grow in an early-stage venture company owned by A.P. Møller Mærsk.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- +10 years' experience within technical sales and high-value CAPEX project sales
- Experience with/knowledge of aftersales/service market
- Experience from B2B or B2G with a proven track record within creating business in a similar space (offshore wind, cleantech, maritime)
- Relevant business degree (min. bachelor) or technical degree with an MBA
- Deep understanding of sales process structuring, pipeline execution management, and negotiation skills
