Institutional Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Institutional Relationship Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our institutional clients in the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow your individual portfolio to exceed annual sales targets.
- Be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our clients' business models, trading practices, and financial strategies to provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze relationship results to determine client profitability and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Drive account planning with senior decision makers to identify business growth opportunities and maximize profit through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Identify, develop, and build profitable relationships while staying aware of competitive products, practices, and market conditions.
- Strong understanding of the financial markets and FinTech industry, preferably from an investment, business development, or tech background.
- Consulting or solution sales skills.
- Knowledge of how to apply IT solutions to business challenges and previous exposure to B2B and B2C client segments.
- C-level network in the Nordic B2B and B2B2C market is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Danish/Nordic languages are desirable but not mandatory.
