We're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious sales executive to join our team at Qarma. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and product developments, utilizing this knowledge to educate potential clients on the value proposition of Qarma.
  • Represent Qarma at industry conferences and trade shows, fostering relationships with key decision-makers and thought leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales/customer success/account management, with a strong background in enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in a Nordic language.
