Dine ansvarsområder:

  • Lede og udvikle teamet gennem målrettet coaching og regelmæssige en-til-en samtaler
  • Optimere og implementere effektive arbejdsprocesser og retningslinjer
  • Styre booking- og allotment-håndtering i samarbejde med Revenue og salgschefen
  • Samarbejde tæt med vores kommercielle team om strategier og aktiviteter
  • Bidrage til udviklingen af vores booking- og CRM-systemer
