Software Sales Professional with Norwegian Language Skills

Hello Retail ApS is a fast-growing company in the software industry, seeking a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing sales skills within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with relevant e-commerce prospects in Norway through various channels, including telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Provide commercial advice to potential clients and book appointments for our Account Executive team.
- Collaborate closely with our BDR Manager and Head of Sales to ensure the highest quality of prospects.
- Participate in regular sparring and idea-sharing sessions with the BDR team to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
- A proven track record of surpassing goals and expectations in B2B sales or telemarketing roles.
- Experience working in a scale-up environment, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong discipline in duties and a clear understanding of the importance of CRM systems.
