Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and develop our national sales plans in the Nordic region.

As a strategic sales leader, you will be responsible for designing and executing winning sales strategies, leading and nurturing a high-performing sales team, and fostering collaboration within the business unit to achieve optimal commercial results.

With a passion for animal health and a genuine interest in promoting their well-being, you will have excellent knowledge of the industry and market trends, as well as strong leadership experience in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal individual and team performance.
  • Provide high-level analysis of potential business opportunities and monitor product pricing, distribution policy, and activation models.
  • Contribute to the extended AH leadership team and align resources to support the strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the animal health industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in an international environment.
  • Native fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) and excellent command of English.
  • Ability to travel 40-60 days per year and work on multiple projects.
