At Solteq, we are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Danish market and business environment, as well as modern leadership and team management skills.

This role requires a strong sales background and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in solution and value selling in the fields of eCommerce, product information management, data solutions, and other online service development is highly valued. Your local market knowledge and networks are also essential for success in this role.

You will report to the Sales Director, Commerce & Data, and have no direct reports yourself. As a unifying force for the Danish office and Nordic operations, you will foster a positive, productive work environment and vibrant culture. Provide guidance and support to the local team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Create and execute sales activities to achieve business growth targets in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Collaborate with the Nordic sales organization to align goals and strategies.
  • Leadership: Serve as a Country Manager for Denmark and Nordics, fostering a positive, productive work environment and vibrant culture. Provide guidance and support to the local team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Nordic leadership team, HR, and marketing to ensure cohesive and effective operations. Participate in regional meetings and contribute to the development of regional strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics to the Nordic leadership team.
