We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at 12Build. As an SDR, you will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and helping us achieve our growth goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commercial insight. Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Researching and identifying potential leads through various channels, including email, social media, and cold calls.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on their needs and budget, ensuring they align with our solutions.
  • Initiating contact with prospects, following up on leads, and scheduling online or face-to-face meetings for Solution Experts.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM system Hubspot.
  • Participating in events that contribute to increasing our visibility within the Nordics.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Staying up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
