Sales Development Specialist

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a BDR at Fullview, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of mid-market companies and executing outbound activities to drive sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with mid-market companies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage with potential clients.
- Book meetings and demos with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with our founders to build repeatable playbooks and drive sales success.
Your Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant outbound sales experience in startups or similar environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest customer support trends and technologies.
