Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team during showroom appointments, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute brand activities during Copenhagen Fashion Week, driving business growth and enhancing the company's reputation.
  • Assist with in-season sales activities, analyzing market trends and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze stock levels and create weekly overviews of styles for the B2B newsletter, ensuring timely delivery of information to clients.
  • Manage daily tasks and requests from B2B clients, global agents, and distributors, fostering strong relationships and driving business results.
  • Ensure customers receive required information prior to each delivery, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage sample lend outs to Key Accounts based on request, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Prepare sales tools prior to each sales campaign, leveraging data-driven insights to drive sales performance.
  • Prospect new markets and potential new clients, identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
