Enterprise Sales Specialist

Brinch & Partners is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with experience in managing the sales process from initial contact to contract and pricing negotiations.

This role plays a key part in Brinch & Partners' continued growth and success. The Enterprise Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales strategy and playbook, outlining clear action items for execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise customers, ultimately moving conversations to closed sales.
  • Manage contacts, deals, and activities in HubSpot.
  • Continuously fill the sales pipeline by attending conferences, leveraging networks, conducting research, and establishing contact with potential leads.
  • Be willing to travel for prospect visits and conference attendance.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts based on ongoing deal activity and track sales KPIs.
  • Offer commercial input/feedback to the tech team as needed.

This position requires strong experience with B2B SaaS enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
  • A competitive and highly energetic candidate familiar with B2B digital marketing and sales processes.
  • Attention to detail in administrative aspects of the sales cycle, strong organizational skills, and a desire to take full ownership.
  • Strong professionalism and ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment.
  • Flexibility to travel for sales prospect visits and conference attendance.
  • Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexible working style and ability to manage various tasks and leads.

  • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
