About Subaio ApS

We are a FinTech company seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to collaborate with top European banks. This role plays a crucial part in our success by bringing our products to market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical enterprise products and experience managing relationships with large organizations. A proven track record of delivering an outstanding pre-sales customer experience is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understanding and addressing customers' pre-sales requirements
  2. Expediting the onboarding process for new customers
  3. Laying the groundwork for long-term scaling

Working closely with the Sales and Product teams, you will report directly to the VP of Product. Your responsibilities also include:

  1. Delivering an exceptional pre-sales customer experience
  2. Providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process
  3. Demonstrating how Subaio's solutions align with customers' business needs
  4. Acting as the point of contact for product and technical questions
  5. Creating and maintaining documentation and guides related to common pre-sales inquiries and requirements
  6. Encouraging customer advocacy and representing the customer's voice within internal teams
  7. Collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales experience

Requirements

  1. A minimum of four years of experience in a Sales Engineer (or similar) role
  2. A proven track record of delivering and scaling an outstanding pre-sales customer experience
  3. Experience providing advanced support and a comprehensive understanding of IT principles and customer requirements
  4. Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
  5. A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and desire to pick up knowledge to make both the team and customers succeed
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once with expansive ownership
  7. Experience with B2B and SaaS solutions, preferably within FinTech
  8. Previous involvement with start-ups or scale-ups
