About Subaio ApS
We are a FinTech company seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to collaborate with top European banks. This role plays a crucial part in our success by bringing our products to market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical enterprise products and experience managing relationships with large organizations. A proven track record of delivering an outstanding pre-sales customer experience is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and addressing customers' pre-sales requirements
- Expediting the onboarding process for new customers
- Laying the groundwork for long-term scaling
Working closely with the Sales and Product teams, you will report directly to the VP of Product. Your responsibilities also include:
- Delivering an exceptional pre-sales customer experience
- Providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process
- Demonstrating how Subaio's solutions align with customers' business needs
- Acting as the point of contact for product and technical questions
- Creating and maintaining documentation and guides related to common pre-sales inquiries and requirements
- Encouraging customer advocacy and representing the customer's voice within internal teams
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales experience
Requirements
- A minimum of four years of experience in a Sales Engineer (or similar) role
- A proven track record of delivering and scaling an outstanding pre-sales customer experience
- Experience providing advanced support and a comprehensive understanding of IT principles and customer requirements
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and desire to pick up knowledge to make both the team and customers succeed
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once with expansive ownership
- Experience with B2B and SaaS solutions, preferably within FinTech
- Previous involvement with start-ups or scale-ups
