Executive Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Nordic General Manager in Copenhagen. As a key member of our Professional Products Division, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including preparing sales figures, organizing team events, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and organize projects and tasks according to the needs of the organization.
  • Manage the Nordic General Manager's calendar, planning and booking of meetings.
  • Oversee Microsoft TEAMS channels within the department and ensure they are updated and structured.
  • Collect data for reporting, including extracting sales data for light analysis and top-line business reporting.
  • Facilitate research and follow-up on key strategic projects across the organization.
  • Develop international sales presentations and management reports in cooperation with the management team.
  • Organize international meetings and visits.
  • Oversee travel and meeting budgets and costs, as well as creating purchase orders in SAP.
  • Update the division's organizational charts regularly.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a sales or marketing coordinator, assistant, or similar.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with data and experience with Excel.
  • Curiosity, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English, and preferably Danish as well.
