Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at NKT A/S. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies for our renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to successfully market our power cable accessories in the renewable energy sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Develop sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct sales negotiations and contract closures.
- Market analysis and competitive monitoring.
- Implement growth rates and margins, along with a coordinated pricing strategy.
- Presentation and active selling of NKT accessory products.
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on business or technology.
- Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position, ideally in technical sales.
- Comprehensive project experience and a good understanding of commercial, technical, and legal aspects, including contract negotiation.
- Excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written), with additional languages being advantageous.
