Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Accountant to join our team in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

About the Role

In this position, you will primarily support our operations in Denmark and across the Nordic countries, assisting with financial processes, controlling invoices and purchase orders, and managing purchasing approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounting processes for Denmark, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Serve as an expert on our AP system Rillion and Nordic Guest Cards across the Nordic region.
  3. Support PTP projects at the Nordic level, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  4. Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Update the Nordic CFS intranet site CrossRoads, handle other tasks for Nordic countries based on organizational needs.
  6. Work with various systems and tools, including Rillion, Concur, SharePoint (Nordic CrossRoads), MS Office package (especially Excel), and SAP for reports.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates should have fluency in Danish and possible proficiency in other Nordic languages. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting is required. This role offers opportunities for individuals eager to develop their skills and advance their careers within a dynamic team.
