Account Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at Vattenfall, a leading energy company in Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for you to make a difference and contribute to our mission of making fossil-free living possible within one generation.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our industrial production clients in the Nordic region. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Your goal will be to manage client accounts by identifying and mapping customer needs, offering suitable products, and establishing strategic partnerships to improve sustainability and reduce environmental footprints.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication, site visits, and stakeholder engagement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Nordic industrial production sector
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy industry
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Danish and English
