Executive Sales Account Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Renesas Electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for deepening relationships directly with customers and distribution sales teams, as well as management.
Key Responsibilities:- Outperform key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Dig out new design starts
- Work effectively with a team of Field Application Engineers (FAEs) supporting the region
- Accurately track and forecast revenue
- Communicate technically with engineers and distribution FAEs
- Design-in Renesas technologies on new design opportunities
- Develop strategic plans to focus on the right accounts
- Maintain business acumen to grow Renesas business and market share
- Foster strong relationships with distribution, engineering, procurement, and executive Business Unit levels
- Proven track record in the semiconductor industry or similar field
- Able to develop effective relationships internal and external to the company
- Engineering/Technical degree preferred
