Revenue Growth Strategy Consultant

A career opportunity awaits We are seeking a talented Revenue Growth Strategy Consultant to join our Revenue Strategy and Operations department at EG A/S. As a Senior Sales Performance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with various software platforms that enable data analysis and visualization. Your analytical skills will be essential for collecting, manipulating, and interpreting large and complex data sets, and applying statistical and mathematical methods to draw conclusions and make predictions.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience using various software and platforms that enable data analysis and visualization, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is critical. Strong communication skills are also important for conveying findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
You will work on exciting projects where you can develop both professionally and personally. Our dynamic and business-driven environment is all about enabling teams to work more efficiently and effectively by leveraging data, automation, and streamlined processes to optimize the entire revenue cycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Funnel Analytics: Utilize Salesforce's automation and reporting hubs to support the sales team, measuring, tracking, and analyzing metrics across the entire funnel.
- Data Insights: Leverage expertise in SFDC, SQL, and BI tools to track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth and velocity, win/loss rates, activity measurement, and quota attainment.
- Customer Metrics: Develop a deep understanding of CAC, LTV, TTR to refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and provide data-driven insights to enhance prospecting, renewal, and upsell processes.
- Performance Stats: Identify sales performance trends and make recommendations for business improvements based on results, building and maintaining SFDC dashboards for reps and managers.
