Sales Executive for Educational Institutions

Drive business growth in the UK education sector as a sales professional. We're seeking an experienced and driven individual to build and expand our portfolio of clients, developing strategic plans to acquire new business and drive revenue.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team in driving new business in the educational sector. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for leading solution-based sales processes from prospecting to closing deals with Kahoot for educational institutions in the UK and Ireland.
You will build and execute strategic plans for supporting educational institutions via our solutions, driving initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter. You will effectively manage and communicate with key stakeholders to identify and align with client's business goals and objectives to drive high value solutions and results.
You will be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process of Kahoot solutions, working closely together with our Customer Success team, Pre-Sales team, and rest of the commercial teams to ensure high value business outcomes for the customers.
Responsibilities- Lead solution and value-based sales process from prospecting to closing deals of Kahoot for Educational Institutions in the UK and Ireland.
- Build and execute strategic plans for supporting educational institutions via our solutions.
- Drive initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter.
- Effectively manage and communicate with key stakeholders to identify and align with client's business goals and objectives to drive high value solutions and results.
- Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process of Kahoot solutions.
- Work closely together with our Customer Success team, Pre-Sales team, and rest of the commercial teams to ensure high value business outcomes for the customers.
- 3+ years of experience (5+ years experience for Senior AE level) in value-based new sales closing role within the SaaS industry, involving sales to K-12 and/or Higher Ed in the UK market.
- Proven track record and motivation for building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong business acumen and ability to be both strategic and hands-on with your accounts.
- Excellent negotiation skills - ability to engage the customer in a strategic dialogue, aiming to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Strong ability to build relationships - connecting with, and building trust in order to ensure a long-term relationship with the customer.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ambitious, self-driven and a growth mindset - meaning you evolve, adapt, and thrive in the face of challenges.
- You are adaptable and excellent at navigating in a highly-changing, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Native-level fluency in English.
