UK Sales Development Manager

We're seeking a skilled sales professional to drive business growth in the UK education sector. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building and expanding our portfolio of clients, developing strategic plans to acquire new business and drive revenue.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team in driving new business in the educational sector. You'll lead solution-based sales processes from prospecting to closing deals with Kahoot for educational institutions in the UK and Ireland.
Your main focus will be on building and executing strategic plans for supporting educational institutions via our solutions. You'll drive initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter. You'll also effectively manage and communicate with key stakeholders to identify and align with client's business goals and objectives to drive high value solutions and results.
You'll be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process of Kahoot solutions, working closely together with our Customer Success team, Pre-Sales team, and rest of the commercial teams to ensure high value business outcomes for the customers.
Responsibilities- Lead solution and value-based sales process from prospecting to closing the deals of Kahoot for Educational Institutions in the UK and Ireland.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support educational institutions via our solutions.
- Drive initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter.
- Manage and communicate with key stakeholders to identify and align with client's business goals and objectives.
- Presents the value and drives the sales process of Kahoot solutions.
- 3+ years of experience (5+ years experience for Senior AE level) in value-based new sales closing role within the SaaS industry, involving sales to K-12 and/or Higher Ed in the UK market.
- Proven track record and motivation for building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Strong business acumen and ability to be both strategic and hands-on with your accounts.
- Excellent negotiation skills - ability to engage the customer in a strategic dialogue.
- Native-level fluency in English.
