Strategic Customer Value Manager for SAP Solutions

What You'll Achieve:

  1. You will serve as a customer advocate within SAP, providing the external view of the customer to our teams.
  2. You will influence and engage with customers and internal stakeholders around key customer success best practices, including value management, adoption management, and success planning.
  3. You will clearly link SAP solutions with customer business objectives and value-based outcomes.
  4. You will analyze complex situations and develop long-term plans to achieve specific goals, aligned with SAP and the customer.
  5. You will proactively engage executive sponsors in your account.
  6. You will utilize executive presence, business acumen, and strategic thinking to positively influence internal and customer executives and decision makers.
  7. You will influence SAP sales teams and leaders to pursue deals strategically to build long-term customer value and strong relationships.
  8. You will collaborate on end-to-end engagements to ensure adoption, consumption, and renewal are achieved, while mitigating churn risks.
  9. You will guide customers to the Cloud and execute other duties as assigned.

Your Expertise:

  1. You have 10+ years of experience in Sales or Consulting and/or Customer Success Management with complex business software / IT solutions.
  2. You have strong knowledge of the complete SAP offering.
  3. You have experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure.
  4. You have knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environments.
  5. You understand cloud and on-premise software solutions.
  6. You have experience with complex global transformation programs and execution thereof.
  7. You can manage in highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies.
  8. You can engage with key customer stakeholders to drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions.

You will identify, plan, and implement actions towards the long-term success and satisfaction of internal and external customers/stakeholders. You will develop and expand executive relationships beyond CIO and IT, including business unit decision makers.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000, based on location and industry standards.
