Trackunit is seeking a highly skilled Revenue & Billing Operations Manager to join our Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals and drive process improvement in our rapidly growing SaaS business.


About the Role:



  • Lead a team of 5 skilled revenue and billing professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain subscription renewals in Netsuite ERP and support timely and correct invoicing of hardware, subscriptions, and installations.
  • Develop and implement improved ways of invoicing and integrate customer invoicing as a part of the complete customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the Global Director of Revenue and Billing to drive financial and operational perspectives.

Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of experience in an operational finance role with a focus on billing and order-to-cash processes.
  • Knowledge of operational processes and technology, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Leadership experience and ability to develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
